Diversified Crop Insurance Services is the Managing General Agency (MGA) and provides administrative, marketing, and adjusting services for the federal crop insurance program to our direct and independent agents and agencies. These programs are underwritten by and are maintained by the USDA's Risk Management Agency.
CONSOLIDATED TERMINALS AND LOGISTICS COMPANY (CTLC)
Consolidated Terminals and Logistics Company (CTLC), a subsidiary of CGB Enterprises, Inc., began as a transportation company in 1970. CTLC initially focused on moving freight from north to south on the inland waterways of the United States. An innovative philosophy and an entrepreneurial spirit led to an expansion of services and markets, transforming CTLC into a global operation.
Today, CTLC possesses one of the largest and most sophisticated networks of assets and manpower in the U.S. It has become one of the major logistics providers and handlers of bulk commodities and products throughout the middle and lower United States. In addition, CTLC now serves the global marketplace; capable of moving customers’ products from anywhere in the world to its final destination in the United States, and vice versa. From trucking to ocean freight and everything in between, CTLC is an organization capable of providing world-class service with a small company attitude.
CTLC's services include: a full service logistics company, 12 terminals on the inland waterway of the U.S., Cooper/Consolidated - The largest stevedoring group on the lower Mississippi River, ocean freight services, barge transportation (inland hopper/deck barge), trucking subsidiary with four locations (asset and brokerage services), rail logistics, and full service project cargo management.
CGB FEED INGREDIENTS
CGB Feed Ingredients source Dried Distiller's Grains (DDGs) and other feed ingredients for export and domestic markets. These consist of many different types of logistics, from trucks to vessels, traveling within the US and Internationally. We can source from plants and place to the destination end-users timely, efficiently and competitively.

CGB SOYBEAN PROCESSING
The CGB Soybean Processing Plant was built in 1997 in Mt. Vernon, Indiana at the Port of Indiana, which is in the southwest corner of the state. Conveniently located on the bank of the Ohio River, this strategic location provides direct access to multiple logistics options including barge, rail, truck and outbound container shipping. Rail service at this port is provided by the EVWR RR which connects to the CSX mainline, allowing for easy access to domestic feed mills in the southeast U.S.
Soybean Processing’s main customers include feed mills, poultry manufacturers, hog farmers, cattle farms, dairies, edible oil manufactures as well and bio-fuel producers. The plant’s goal is to provide soybean products that are used for food, feed and energy to customers domestically as well as around the world while maintaining the highest level of quality and service.
CGB MARINE SERVICES
With over 30 years of experience, CGB is successfully moving products and commodities around the world. As a recognized industry leader, the company is directly involved in over 12,000 barge loads of cargo annually. CGB takes products from origin to destination, whether that be inland or worldwide. CGB Marine, a subsidiary of CGB Enterprises, Inc., manages 13 full service barge fleeting facilities on the U.S. inland waterways. CGB Marine specializes in transportation consulting and logistics. The firm also provides cleaning and repair services. Facilities are strategically located on the Lower Mississippi River near the Gulf of Mexico, the St. Louis Harbor, the Ohio River, and various locations on the Illinois River. Safe, secure fleets provide transporting and switching services that comply with all requirements of the Homeland Security Act. Space is allocated, with controls and permits in place with the Coast Guard, to accommodate barges carrying Certain Dangerous Cargo (CDC). CGB is also a member of the American Waterways Organization. Services CGB Marine features 24-hour wet and dry cleaning services for hopper barges and tank barges that are in place. A full complement of repair services are available, including: Dry-docking, Steel fabrication, Top-side and bottom modifications and replacements, Tow boat repairs, and Fiberglass cover repairs.
