Mike Reed holds a lifelong passion for agriculture, and his experience, knowledge and skills have always been dedicated to helping farmers solve their financial needs. His work includes 32 years in lending with Farm Credit where he managed a loan portfolio in excess of $110 million. As a senior accounts officer, he also worked with distressed loans, seeking workout solutions. His earlier experience includes working in the sales and applications area for the Fayette County Cooperative. A graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Mike and his wife, Judi, raised three children. Today, they continue to own and operate a small farm of 160 acres, and are very active in growing their church community.
