Our world-class website is a convenient and user-friendly resource for customers to learn more about our programs, our people and our history. They can also calculate their payment, make a payment, or request a draw on their line of credit directly from the site.

Loan rate sheets are updated daily and are available from our secure, online Correspondent Resource Hub on Sharefile (access granted upon execution of agreement). This is also where you can download applications, helpful checklists and our Correspondent’s Handbook.

Flyers and brochures are a great way to introduce existing and prospect customers to the flexible financial solutions available to them. Our Marketing team of branding and design experts even creates opportunities for you to add your personal contact information.

Social Media is a fantastic and FREE way to interact with your customers and stay connected. Share our content on your platforms to create fun opportunities to engage, entertain, stay informed and educate others on what you do.

The more organized and complete records provided, the quicker a loan decision can be made.

Farming operations can be complex and involve a number of entities. In those situations, it is best to contact AgFi about the operation and we’ll work directly with you and the customer to determine a plan of action.

If you convey expectations on the information required, that will be a big help in the process. For convenience, our team has prepared an Application Checklist which details all of the necessary documents you will need to collect and submit along with your customer’s signed application.

After a complete loan package and credit approval is obtained, a 45-60 day period is normal to finalize a loan closing.

Step One: Collecting Documents and Underwriting – After initial review of the documents (submitted by you) is complete, our underwriters may need to request additional information. Once they believe they have a solid package, it is submitted for approval. If the deal is declined, you will receive a call to explain why and a letter will be mailed to you or the customer.

Step Two: Approval – All approvals are subject to appraisal, title, and conditions identified in the approval document. After the Commitment Letter we prepare is signed, and any necessary disclosures, supplements and deposits are received, the appraisal and title are ordered by our team.

Step Three: Final Approval – Once appraisal and title are received, reviewed and no further conditions are needed, we can submit the package for final approval.

Step Four: Rate Lock and Closing – Prior to rate locking, we will contact you and/or the customer to confirm the loan product(s) and rate(s). Once completed, the rate is locked and closing is scheduled.

Once the loan or lease closes, our team will provide you the details of the origination earned and when to expect your deposit.

Any contracted field servicing income will be paid out based on when customer payments are received until the loan is paid in full. Field servicing requires assistance with further collection of documentation and servicing actions during the life of the loan. Field servicing is not applicable on leases nor available under a Referral Agreement.
